Field service mobile app/web app can not generate the report

Hi all,

 

I followed the official guide to add custom service reports in Dynamics 365 Field Service and create a report. I’ve confirmed that the sample reporting solution was successfully imported into my environment.

 

However, when I test it on the Field Service Mobile app, clicking the Report button does not generate a report. Instead, the current screen simply refreshes, and nothing else happens—no report is created, and there are no error messages or prompts.

 

Has anyone experienced this issue? What could be causing it, and how can I resolve it?

    Thank you for your support I confirm that I save and published but still I can not generate report, this button simply still refreshing the booking page rather generate a real report for me.

    Just to check, can you confirm that you have done a Publish All in your solutions after importing? It might be worth even opening the Field Service Model Driven App and doing a Save and Publish just in case some hook got missed on the install that requires a publish.
     
    Otherwise, I might also recommend either reconfiguring the Field Service Mobile App or clearing out the cache and all data to ensure all of the recent solution details have been properly grabbed.
