Hello,

after I created an environment with database in the Power Platform admin center, Guides does not appear in the Resources section even after hours.

I would be very grateful for help.

    Hello Andrew,

thank you very much for your message.

on thursday I started a 30 days "Dynamics 365 Guides Trial" and then followed the Microsoft descriptions.

I created an environment (automatically named as "default") with database, and according to the instructions, the app should appear in the resources tab after a few minutes.

However, this has not happened so far.

In the Microsoft 365 admin center, the license is shown as active and I have also already assigned 2 licenses (out of a possible 25) to colleagues.

    Hello Markus,

In the resources Tab of the Power Platform Admin Center, the Guides application only shows up as available for installation if you own a license. Also, you should note that the listing there is under Resources > Dynamics 365 Apps and listed as "Dynamics 365 Guides".

Did you add a Guides installation to an existing Environment, or did you create a new Environment and install Guides on that Environment? Or did you just create an Environment with a Database?
