Keyboard Shortcut Issues Editable View & Subgrid Lookup Fields

Posted on by
In Dynamics 365 For Service (CRM 9.2.24062.00176) we're using an editable subgrid on a custom entity with various field types on it.  When a Lookup or Option Set field drop down list is open, and there is another record below the record being edited in the view, the keyboard shortcut keys are not working as documented.  Is anyone else experiencing this?  Does anyone have a work around?

From "Quantity" I left arrow into the "Lot" field which is a lookup.  I press the space bar to open the drop down list.  When I use a down arrow rather than go down the drop down list the field in focus goes down to the "Lot" of the next record.  The same happens on "Failure Mode" which is a pick list/drop-down field type.  This is not an issue if I'm editing the last record in the subgrid.  However, my team needs to enter several records at one time and I have pre-created records for them so they can rip through the entry in this subgrid.

Thanks everyone for your ideas.
