Showing the task details in Customer Service Portal - Case Details

Hi,

We have the Dynamic 365 Customer Service Portal where the customer will log cases(tickets). When a task is added for the case in Dynamics 365, we need to show task description and
duration and user who performed the task with date and time stamp, in the case detail page of the customer.

    You can just follow this: docs.microsoft.com/.../view-all-activities-in-portal-timeline

    But I am not sure if you can add Duration field on that, but it will look like this:
