Deleted record re-appears

Hi all, 

I'm trying to delete a product template from Home > Set up > Product Templates, selecting the template, then clicking Delete. The record is removed. However, when I refresh my screen, it comes back again.

I've got Sys Admin, I've tried clicking delete, tried Alt F9, cleared usage data. But the record keeps reappearing.

Does anyone have any clues as to what I'm missing here?

    Managed to resolve this using following article:

    So having thought this issue was resolved following the above TechNet article, it turns out that I was wrong.

    One of the product templates I needed to remove was deleted without issue and has not re-appeared. However, I have been unable to delete a number of other templates without them re-appearing.

    No errors are shown, no-one else is trying to update the record at the same time as I am... I'm all out of ideas. Can anyone shed some light?

    Thanks for taking the time to reply. Unfortunately restarting the AOS has not made any difference.

    Hello Rhiannon Gibson,

    Is this a shared template? If yes, try deleting it after ending all user sessions, reject new clients on all AOS, stop all AOS services, start AOS1 only, try deleting the template. refresh your screen make sure its gone, start other AOS services and restart dependent services.
