New to D365. I need assistance in adding a percentage credit card fee to offset the fee we are being charged for this service.

I was able to see the AR payment fee setup, but is that the correct place? And when processing a sale, where would the fee show

on the credit card processing screen?

You can setup a payment fee setup against method of payment. Please check the following post on Microsoft docs to get more info:

Thanks for the response. I set up the payment processing fee and ran a credit card sale test. But where would the fee be applied to the sale? Is this a setting that would need to be switched on to be included into the total? Thanks

Payment fees might work depending on who you want to charge. But it would create another payable to the customer after you post the payment journal.

Thanks for the response. I set up the payment processing fee and ran a credit card customer care number 62054+34939 sale test. But where would the fee be applied to the sale? Is this a setting that would need to be switched on to be included into the total? Thanks
