Dear all,
I am facing a very unusual issue.
I have a few hosted controls hosted as IE process. Whenever these Hosted Controls loads for the first time inside my Unified Service Desk instance a new sign in box appears asking me to enter CRM credentials. These hosted controls are generally hosting CRM pages or web resources inside CRM.
So if there are 5 hosted controls hosting 5 CRM applications everytime a hosted control loads a new sign in dialog will appear asking user to login to CRM to view the page.
Hosting type is IE Process for every hosted control. So I was hoping that it should ask for a sign in only once and then it should not ask no matter if there are anymore crm pages loading inside hosted control.
I am using USD 4.1 and CRM 8.2
Hi Sofia,
I am basically using IE Process and I am talking about the Sign In Boxes that appear on USD whenever a CRM type hosted control is fired
