Issue with ProjFundingLimitTracking table

At some point today, a process seems to have updated our ProjFundLimitTracking table for all projects so that all Contacts are now only showing commitment draw downs.

Every contract has negative commitments, even projects that are closed.

In trying to determine how this might have happened, we noticed a process in BatchJobHistory that just started running today and has run many times (PurchReqPurchaseOrderGenerationAsync.run). I cannot determine which BatchJob this process is associated with.

I'm not sure if this could in any way be related but I would appreciate any help understanding any process that would impact the entire ProjFundingLimitTracking table in this manner??

Hi Jackie,

I don't believe we have seen this issue internally either. Can you please explain if you have any customizations that are a part of this process? If not, I would definitely recommend logging a MS support ticket so we can investigate further.

Hello JackieMc,

I have not came across this issue and did not find something on LCS that would indicate a system bug or something alike.

Can you please coordinate with a developer to find out what went wrong here?
