I mean if we had say 20 standard letters that we send to customers on different occasions, eg someone calls for info about a specific product so we send the appropriate letter. We could have them mostly set up as MS Word templates, but the name, address etc would need merging in each time.
How can I go to a contact then choose a letter to send them and it merges their details in? - without going through interactions for the above reasons.
