Our customer is using 2 AOS instances and while running any report which is designed with Query is throwing this error on both instances. however all other reports seems to work fine.

    Could you please help to have a check on this thread.

    Please confirm that you have successfully compiled the AOT without any errors, and that you have CIL compiled successfully. You could also restart the AOS and watch the Event Log for any errors. You want the necessary managed endpoints needed for SSRS to work to be operational (ie SRSFrameworkService and SSASFrameworkService).
