One column of custom table is not getting displayed on portal

Hello guys,

Recently i am facing issues with getting one of the column on portal app. The column is getting displayed on CRM but not on portal. Its data type is choices.

Error message on portal is as follows:

Couldn't load one or more code components on this form.

  • Couldn't load code component for Impacted Service(s) (dcse_impactedservices) because you don't have Read privilege for Web Resource table.

On Power apps the error message is as follows:

The error loading control - hyper link doesn't route anywhere.

Also this issue started when one of the old team members license got expired, and this table may have been created by them.

I could create a different column and add all the choices, i just want to know why this is occurring?

Please let me know if there is any other way to resolve this

Thanks

The columns are created in the system and in my opinion, it should not matter who created the column.

I would suggest to create a blank form with this field to just make sure the issue is because of that field only. I would also check the form customizations to make sure all the webresource used still exist in the system.

    Hello,

Thanks for your reply. To answer your question I tried hiding other elements from the form still there was issue with that field. I cannot create a blank form as required elements are also there.

Other weird thing about this, i tried creating new field with choices as data type and that field is also showing error.

I was able to resolve the error by adding webresource table and adding read permission in table permissions as specified in the error message "Couldn't load code component for Impacted Service(s) (dcse_impactedservices) because you don't have Read privilege for Web Resource table. ".

I am not sure why this issue started happening now?

    Hello,

I updated as it said "you don't have Read privilege for Web Resource table" so i added the web resource table and gave read privilege but still i am confused why this issue occurred now all of a sudden

Please let me know if there are any reasons

    thanks
