Not being able to enable Quick create form option for Table = Connections

The checkbox "Leverage quick create form if available" for table= Connections is greyed out. I would like to use quick create form for Connections Table but cannot do so due to this limitation. Is there a workaround to fix this? Also what other fields will I encounter this issue on and why?
