setup email in business central

Hello 

I am trying to send a email in BC and I get the following error. 

I have my own licence and I am trying to learn BC 

I have a Office 365 account but not a Exchange online account, could this be the issue?, I assume they are 2 different type of  accounts?

    Check your Office 365 email setup. Ensure that email having admin rights.

    Hi, Even if you don't have an Exchange online account license, you can use SMPT to set up your personal mailbox to test mail.

    Using SMTP
