Holiday Schedule and Customer Service Schedule - UCI - System Entity/Views

Here are the questions on Holiday Schedule and Customer Service Schedule pages on "Customer Service Hub".

1. Mentioned pages are associated with system entity called "Calendar". With Admin credentials, we are not able to find it in entities list. Where we can find it.

2. Can we change the system entity/system views ? if yes, advise on how and navigation/pages to update it.

OK I got your point, you see both views on both sub-area ("Holiday Schedule" and "Customer Service Schedule pages").
On my test environment, each sub-area directly maps to the right view though.

For Search, indeed, in my case it didn't display the Holiday Schedule I had configured, so I would advise to open a support request if this is impacting your business scenarios https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support

    Thank you replying.

We are working on some of the issues reported on "Holiday Schedule" and "Customer Service Schedule pages" on "Customer Service Hub". Calendar entity has system views and above mentioned pages are mapped to this. Example; Views which is mapped to "Customer Service Schedule pages" should not be seen in  "Holiday Schedule" and vise versa. Since same state object used since same entity is being used. Along with Search on "Holiday Schedule" is not mapped to proper view.

Hi! Is there a particular scenario you are trying to solve?

Calendar is a "special" entity that is not displayed in Advanced Find or in customizations as it isn't customizable.

You can however access it through APIs (e.g.  https://*.crm.dynamics.com/api/data/v9.1/calendars)
