Dear  Team,

We are facing issue with Workflow not running after  restoring Old Application and DB due to server crash.

We tried options using Workflow Infrastructure setup in Administration / Work flow setting.

Still Bath job is not processing messages in Queue.

Please suggest ho we can check this to start workflow.

Thanks

Vijay Agrawal

    Hi Vijay,

Can you check if there is at least an AOS server assigned as batch server and that the batch groups are enabled for a batch server? Is the start date of the workflow message processing job updated every minute or is it stuck on a date/time in the past?

Can you also tell if the same AD is used or that this also has been restored? If so, all users might need to be updated with a new domain and SID value.

    Hi,

Yes, Batch Group is assigned with Batch Server and currently active.

We have not restored AD so users were restored with Old SID.

We are getting error message as attached.. Please suggest if this could help in getting root cause.

    Thanks

    Hello Vijay_derewala,

In addition to what André mentioned; please check in below areas.

--- All batch jobs are selected in the 'Selected servers' section in "Batch groups" form for all groups whatever you created.

--- Make sure all workflow related batch jobs are in Waiting status. If this is showing as 'Withhold'; please change the status to "Waiting".

--- Check the recurrence of these batches too.

    Best regards,

    Hi Vijay,

Can you check if a full x++ compilation and CIL build can solve this issue?
