i'm using marketing list with quick campaign to send bulk emails to accounts/contacts but the problem is the email is going instantly. i want to schedule the email sending time for bulk email, which is not possible with email engagement as it only works for single item at a time. I can create the mail and save it as draft in activity but the problem is i had to send it individually by scheduling. I'm i lacking something, some setting or if any suggestions are possible please reply.
Use Dynamics 365 Customer Insights' automated scheduling feature. This feature allows you to schedule messages based on the optimal time for each contact. You can enable this in your customer journeys.
