Hi All,
I cannot find anything official from Microsoft to suggest this doesn't work but I am having trouble using email engagement when sending bulk email in CRM. It appears the tracking only works if sending emails individually. Can anyone confirm this is as expected or is there a setting somewhere I am missing? I want to be able to monitor opens and reply counts when mass mailing.

Yeah, I ended up with the same. Which is a shame, since this "feature" costs extra (enterprise license) even if it is very limited. Very limited. Almost useless...
Sorry for the really late response to this. Unfortunately, I couldn't get this to work when mass mailing I ended up sending individual emails but using code to loop through a list then create the email records in CRM.
You could probably do the same as I did in Power Automate too.
Did you ever get an answer to this, somewhere else maybe? I'm struggling with the same thing...
