Upgrading NAV 2013 to NAV 2018 then to 365 BC

I need to upgrade NAV 2013 to NAV 2018 then to 365 BC . In order to upgrade to NAV 2018 I need "Upgrade7001100.fob" and I can not find it in the NAV2018 upgrade toolkit that I have . Can you please tell me where I can find one ?

    You need to download it from NAV 2018 CU02 , it is not available from later cumulative update.
