Use Customer Voice for Event registration

Hello,

 Can anyboby give  me some advise about this potential use of Customer Voice?

I first would like to use MS Forms for the registration to Events but it has some limitations ( cannot prefill the form)

I have created these custom entities in Dynamics 365:

  • Event
  • Participation ( link between event and contact)

I want to use Customer Voice for the registration form. It would allow to prefill the form with contact data ( name, account name, title...) . 

Then I create a Flow with power automate to analyze the responses and create participations  records linked to my Event.

Do you think Customer Voice could be a good solution for this scenario?

Could I use Customer Voice with Power Apps but without Dynamics 365?

    Hi - You can use Customer Voice without Dynamics 365 or Power App. If you are using Dynamics 365 or Power App, then you can get the survey response on the same Dataverse instance.

    We are working on prefill survey answer feature based on survey variable.

    Hi,

    I have 2 other questions I haven't found an answer yet:

    - If we use a survey as a registration form, can we hide a question based on CDS data( but not a contact variable) ?

    For example, question 4 is the registration for the dinner and question 5 is the registration for the conference. I will use Power Automate to create a registration record in D365 when the answer to question are "yes". When 100 registration records will be created in D365 for the dinner, I want to set automatically the question 4 to hidden or adapted like "sorry dinner registration is full" to prevent new registration. But I don't want to set my form offline because other questions should still be available...

    - If we use variables, can we add contact last name and first name as pre-filled answers like with Google forms or SurveyMonkey?

    Welly, do you have any specific help for setting up in Power Automate a scenario where a Customer Voice event registration form that is submitted would add a Campaign RSVP to a particular campaign? I'm kind of a newbie to Power Automate. Thank you.
