Can anyboby give me some advise about this potential use of Customer Voice?
I first would like to use MS Forms for the registration to Events but it has some limitations ( cannot prefill the form)
I have created these custom entities in Dynamics 365:
- Event
- Participation ( link between event and contact)
I want to use Customer Voice for the registration form. It would allow to prefill the form with contact data ( name, account name, title...) .
Then I create a Flow with power automate to analyze the responses and create participations records linked to my Event.
Do you think Customer Voice could be a good solution for this scenario?
Could I use Customer Voice with Power Apps but without Dynamics 365?
