Printing many reports in one go

ReportReport
Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hello!

I have a following issue, when i choose many invoice from the list it wont display correct number of pages. (example i would like to print out 5 reports of total 8 page, numbering will be 1-8) but what i need is that each report gets its own page numbering, like if the report have 2 pages it doesnt show Page 1 on first page, but shows page 2 on the second page, then next report resets page count (like it starts again numbering from 1st each report page and so on) I hope you understood what i ment.  I added Picture so its easier to understand.

Thank You!

I did, but he dont know how to solve this either :/

I guess the best way is just to remake the report and then try it out, if its working

I would suggest to contact your partner/developer as these are specific reports developed for your company.

Sorry, im still pretty new at this, still learning what is what. They are invoices, but when i am with my developers licence i can run them from reports section (In developer environment). So what i do is, i just click run on specific report and it opens up NAV 2016 then i add filter which is... lets say Invoice number SO-33455..SO-33460 and then it displays all these invoices, but all their pages are counted as it would be one invoice with many pages.

Example - There are 5 diferent invoices, so it would show Page 1 of 5 and so on Page 2 of 5.... It kind of doesnt understand where the last invoice ends.

But what im trying to find out is how to make it like this

*Change report to invoice for better understanding*

Basically it doesnt understand where one invoice ends and other starts.

These are not Microsoft reports, they are like our company specially made Solutions. in 25023117 number section called *Company Name* Sales Shipment Posted.

    Hello

You mentioned Invoice but again 5 reports. Are these 5 reports are different and how are you printing all of those reports once ? is this a one report with different pages ?
