Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 SP1
When we apply cash to a journal in AR>Journals>Manual payment and post, if we want to access it after posting we have nice big red X . It will say that the user is blocked and that user may very well be you. It requires double clicking on the Journal, with the right security, to allow access for that journal.
The question is we have security roles, and yes this may be part of it, however the red X was found prior to the security implementation. Of course we had access to unblock ourselves too. But unblocking ourselves doesn't fix the problem because it still happens and wondering why and how to fix this issue?
The other wonky issue is that it may say a journal is blocked by a user who isn't even on the system at that time. Is there a temp table that pulls the last session? If so where? Thanks in advance!
