Hello,

How to replace the horizontal navigation bar in the lines of purchase orders?

A hotfix is available?

Version of Navision:

NAV 2009 SP1

6.0.29626

Thanks.

    LP,

Thank you for posting on the Forum. There have been a few reports of the scroll bars disappearing. I am assuming you are using RTC but you did not specify? If you minimize/maximize the window does that make it reappear? Does it happen at all workstations or just a specific one? does it make a difference when you go into the window if NAV is Full Screen or not Full Screen? If you can recreate this even in test environment in Cronus, then I would say since we do have a few fixes on this, update to NAV 2009 R2 executables, which does require a few steps, which would be uninstalling SP1, Reinstall R2 (we do this instead of just copying the files since R2 changed up the folder structure), and after reinstalling you must compilie all objects. Do this in test environment first to make sure you don't have any issues with customizations and third party add on products.

    Thank you for your answer.

Yes, it is Nav 2009 SP1 RTC.

This problem happened to one user and the workstation only.

After review, it may be due to the freeze pane.

in this regard, is that the use of the component may cause a freeze bug in Navision? (message: "NAV stopped working.")

Thank you in advance for your help.

    LP.

    LP,

There are a number of things that can cause freezing, if just one User, it would be localized, and not a Service issue. If it is all Users, then it would be the actual Service that is stopping. If just happening to one User, and if happening oftern, I would see if the User can successsfully run from a different Client. Also, take a look at the environment if it is happening to all Users, if the User are on Citrix or are you in a Virtualized environment.? There are so many possibilities that a Support Case would probably offer a better option for this type of case, where an Engineer can gather debug information to help solve the issue as I don't belive we will be able to trouble shoot this via the Forum.
