change the Arabic translation of File Menu

I am trying to customize the translation of Arabic language in Microsoft Dynamix ax 2012. I did about 98%  of it from label files
but some of text are not included in any of label files .
for example the label of Area page in each module
or My favorite Menu 
or the translation of commands for commandbuttons
Can you help me how can I do this?
Can I change these labels in CUS layer?
