Our company has a website where customer can place orders which later system inputs to Nav.
We run into problems i.e. when customer deletes parts from the quote, later that part is still on the order in Nav. Customer's PO number gets deleted along the way; we can't search part number with the wild card on our website etc... It takes a really long time for the website to check on item's availability, price. Our web consultant tells us that most of those issues are because of limitations in the API. We are not familiar with that application and we were hoping that someone can tell us if those issues are common with Nav and web communications or can that be because of the API limitations?
