I am new to Dynamics Inspection Templates
I have created an inspection templates and I wanted to tag questions so I added information in the Advanced settings in the Description
In the example above Please Notify NOC and/or provide reason for not notifying NOC* I have added in the Description Advanced Settings the word "Note" and is seen just below in the question. I went to the entity Customer Voice survey question in the field msfp_subtitle field. But its not there. Where is this value stored and it what entity so I can

Are you able to see this question in the Survey Question Entity?
As, I am not able to see this question, even though I am able to see the incident survey.
But no survey questions associated.
I was surprised Microsoft did not automatically populate the Customer Voice Survey (CVS) Question: msfp_subtitle field with the description. I am currently working on a flow to populate this information when an Inspection Template Version is marked processed.
It uses some of the out of the box inspection flows as a template.
