Hi experts,
I need to setup user access like some user only can change the credit limit of particular customers. Can anyone suggest me?

This is not possible out of the box. Your best option is VBA Modifier or probably a third party integration like SmartConnect if you have it.
How about using Field Level Security and set a password and provide the password only to user(s) who are authorised?

I need to implement this only for specified customers. If I build a field level security, it will affect to all the customers.
I would certainly think about a customisation. Also check some ISV products that might already have these features. I don't think we have a GP out-of-box solution.

I think a customization is just about right for you.
You could potentially use Rockton's Conditional Field Level Security as well.
