Hi,

We cannot find any navigation button to navigate to Customer Voice in either Microsoft 365 or Dynamics 365, anyone know where to access?

If its not showing up in your navigation. Please visit directly : customervoice.microsoft.com/

Soon, you will see the forms pro navigation should change to customer voice.
