    Hi Sohail,

Maybe you can try the following way:

I experienced the same issue recently and found that the issue was related to the service accounts associated Work Hour Template.

I created a new work hour template and hen added it to the service account which resolved the issue.

    Hi Leah Ju,

After applying Calander privileges to organization level now not any Calander id error.

But the user is technician, and it should see only his Calander not all organization Calanders.

    How can I achieve this.

Is this happening on one of your target environments which is not dev?You can migrate the Calendar record with has that ID which will remove the error message.

Basically there is a Calendar ID field on the related Resource Requirement which has a Calendar GUID. It will usually mean that Field Service cannot find that Calendar record with that ID in the system. So you will need to create a Calendar record with that ID.

    Hi Sohail,

This error occurs when the user is not having a particular privilege.

Check which role the user is assigned with, then update Read privilege against Calendar entity to Organization level.
