Hello TU-27051209-0, There are several reasons why you see different screen of Sales Hub app.
Installing MS Updates/Wave Release: The Oct 2024 Wave updates are applied to environment
Applying changes through customizations (or solution import): Someone customize the form layout or installed solution that changed the existing layout of the form
Accessing app with different security role: Form (Layouts) can be linked with Security role so when you access it with different role, you get different form layout.
Accessing another form of same table/entity: You may have access to different forms, change the form from top left side option under Record name
Accessing another environment: May be possible that you have seen the earlier UI in different environment and currently access other environment (like, Dev, UAT, prod)
