I Cannot get into sales Hub -

Hi
 
I'm trying to access our sales hub to share some emails but the screen is totally different from the last time I used it.
 
Has there been an update? Need help urgently

    Can you please provide the screenshot of the changes you're referring to?
     
    Are you talking about the focused view? thats the only change I can see as of now

    Hello TU-27051209-0,
     
    There are several reasons why you see different screen of Sales Hub app.
    1. Installing MS Updates/Wave Release: The Oct 2024 Wave updates are applied to environment
    2. Applying changes through customizations (or solution import): Someone customize the form layout or installed solution that changed the existing layout of the form
    3. Accessing app with different security role: Form (Layouts) can be linked with Security role so when you access it with different role, you get different form layout.
    4. Accessing another form of same table/entity: You may have access to different forms, change the form from top left side option under Record name
    5. Accessing another environment: May be possible that you have seen the earlier UI in different environment and currently access other environment (like, Dev, UAT, prod)
