Talent seems to have a lot of bugs lately

Hello fellow consultants,

We are facing major issues (probably bugs) lately with Human Resources (ex. Talent).

A. It doesn't allow us to access the People tab. - receiving an error message attached below.

B. It doesn't allow us to submit a ticket for this issue

C. It changes the names of employees and no matter how many times we change them, , after a while, it converts it back to the one that has been saved before.

Anyone else facing any of the following issues? How should we deal with this matter if it doesn't allow us to submit a ticket to Microsoft?

Hi Maria,

I'm sorry to read you experience some issues. I have tried to reproduce it in my environment, but can open the People tab without issues.

Do you know if there was any change in setup, custom fields or something like that? Is this a production or trial environment?

Can you explain if you get errors or why you can't submit a ticket?

For the last question (C), can you elaborate with more detailed examples?

Thank you for getting back to me.

There was no change on the set up in general, however, yes indeed we have added some custom fields a while ago. The environment is a production one and we have been customers since 2018 some more than 1 year ago.

I am attaching you two pictures - the first one refers to the error message when trying to access the People tab.

The second shows the error message we receive when trying to submit a ticket via the platform.

Honestly, this is such a struggle whilst users are complaining about the functionality of the software, any help or advise would be highly appreciated.

With the amount of issues that are being seen in this post, the best course of action I would recommend would be to log a support request for these issues.

Hi Maria,

To get this resolved, you need to contact Microsoft Support. There was an outage on LCS environments which also affected the option for support. As this has been restored now, can you retry creating a support ticket like you attempted before?

Hi Ryanse,

Unfortunately, as explained above, the system doesn’t allow me to submit a ticket to Microsoft. I have tried several times before posting my questions here with no luck.
