PowerMailchimp integration - marketing lists not syncing properly.

Hi all,

I am having trouble with our sign ups for our mailing lists – essentially, people are signing up to receive information from us through our website and appearing on the Mailchimp lists in Mailchimp,

but not syncing through to the CRM. There are a couple of hundred people who do not have any information in the ‘MS CRM Mailing List’ column when I am looking at them through Mailchimp. As a result, they are not receiving anything from us communications wise.

Is there a way to fix this?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi RachelSroy,

I did this integration with help of APIs provide by MailChimp with plugins and custom workflows of dynamics CRM. For more details on API: https://mailchimp.com/developer/.

You can perform this integration using Power Automate using the below available actions and triggers

    Hi,
Website sign-ups are added to Mailchimp but not syncing to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. The ‘MS CRM Mailing List’ field appears blank, preventing these contacts from receiving communications.
    Common Causes:
    1. Mapping & Sync Errors:
Incomplete field mappings or misconfigured sync settings can prevent proper data flow. Check connector logs for failures.
    2. Unlinked Mailchimp Contacts:
Contacts added directly in Mailchimp may not be linked back to CRM without proper audience mapping.
    Alternative to Consider:
For more consistent syncing and visibility, CRM-first solutions like Marketing4Dynamics by Inogic can help. It brings Mailchimp audience data, campaign activities, open/click stats, and subscription history directly into Dynamics 365, all within a unified CRM view.

    Thanks,
    Sam
