Where do I find the Expiration Date?

I have successfully installed Dynamics AX 2012 R3 and now configuring it. I am at the stage of Initialisation Checklists where I must enter license information. This information requested is the name of the License Holder, System Serial Number and the Expiration Date. I have read the documents on my CustomerSource account but cannot see the Expiration Date.
I cannot find the Expiration Date. Where do I find it?

    Eh, you are supposed to upload a license file, not enter stuff manually.

    Thank you Ivan. License information is entered by either importing a licence file OR by capturing the information from 'The information is in the license document'.

    I don't have the licence file. How do I get it? Do I ask for it from Microsoft? However, I have access to my customer source account and there is a lot of licence information. But I cannot find the Expiration Date.

    Well, you should talk to your partner and/or Microsoft, yes.

    I don't have the same access as you to customersource, so can't look up the location of the expiration date on there.

    I remember previously you could also download the license file from partner/customer source, don't know if that is still the case.

    Hi

    The Customer License don't have the Expiration Date.

    Only Partner license have it.

    Go through Customer Source, on top of the page, right side, click on your live id profile and choose "My Product & Services".

    In the next page choose "Registration Code"

    That's it!

    Hi Dennis,

    I am waiting for the Microsoft Partner through whom I bought the software. They are back in the office second week January next year!

    In the meantime I tried your suggestion and on My Products & Services page there is no Registration Code. Instead the page looks as attached. Still when I open all the pages, I do not find the Expiration Date.

    I do not know where to email at Microsoft to get the License file.

    It is kind of frustrating because I was hoping to have finished configuring Dynamics before the hustle and bustle of the new year.

    About Registration Code, maybe you don't have the proper rights.

    Again, if you are a Customer, you don't have any Expiration Date

    Your are correct, I am a Customer, not a Partner. So I may not have the rights. I wonder why, since I am the customer.
