We are new to using the Microsoft Marketing App and have had so many issues trying to set up email templates. We have very competent designers who have worked to design the templates, but the previews do not give accurate depictions of what the emails look like in the email clients (even though we do have an inbox preview connection). The templates are not compatible with Outlook (which nearly every client we send to views their emails in Outlook) so we have made many random adjustments to make very simple emails viewable in Outlook though there are still many issues that stem from the Marketing Template themselves (seems to be back end coding). Does anyone know how to set up email templates that don't experience the same glitches that stem from the native Microsoft Marketing email templates, or have any resources you have used to help rectify these issues? Thank you for your help!
Outlook has been a perpetual thorn in my side. I did have some luck using an MSO conditional fix. Here are two links which may help:
