Hello,

I require to create a flow to know whether item is deleted or updated of CDS record. To know the same, I need to know associated entities that helps to get that information.

Can anyone please share Which entities are basically associated with Audit Summary View? or entities that can suggest whether item is updated or deleted?

Thanks,

Thank you for your attention and response!

So the auditing is already enabled on the entity therefore, I am able to see usage details under "Audit Summary View"

However, as CDS connectors have two separate triggers for updating/deleting record, I can not combine them in a single report like "Audit Summary View"

for that purpose, I have been wondering whether there is any possibility to fetch details like Audit Summary View via Power automate? Therefore, I have asked in the original question to  know related entities for "Audit Summary View"

My main objective is to get similar report like "Audit Summary View" via Power automate - Any clue?

    Thanks,

RE: Which entities are associated with Audit Summary View?

    Hi Dave,

    Thank you for your query.

By setting the IsAuditEnabled property of an entity’s metadata and the IsAuditEnabled property of each desired attribute’s metadata to true, data changes to records of those entities can be logged by the platform. However, when enabling auditing on an entity, all of the entity’s attributes are enabled for auditing by default.

Although, to create a flow to know whether the item is deleted or updated, you can directly create a flow using the CDS connector and trigger the flow on "When a record is Updated or deleted" .
