HI All,

PO action button is not revealing all the options under action button . When i signed in with power user its shows up. How to give access to all the options to specific user .

Below highlighted options is not showing up to specific user. It shows up for power user .

For user only void and delete option is showing up.

How to give access to these option, from where this options are restricted ?

I had a case many years ago asking about the 'Create and Copy New PO' option and what in security gave access to it.

What I found then was that the following security roles, by default, gave users access to the 'TRX_PURCH_001*' security task, which gives users access to that option.

OPERATIONS MANAGER*

PA MANAGER*

PA PURCHASING CLERK*

PURCHASING AGENT*

PURCHASING MANAGER*

SHIPPING AND RECEIVING*

I'm thinking the other option would be along the same roles and tasks.

From the populated SY09400 table, the 'Copy a Purchase Order' window is part of the 2992/Copier Series module and has securityid of 22000 and secrestype 2 (window).

Looking for this in the SY10700, it still gives 'TRX_PURCH_001*' security task, by default, giving access to this window.

The SY10600 shows the above security roles as the default roles that give access to this security task. This is in GP 18.5 that I verified.
