Time for United Kingdom incorrect (GMT/BST issue)

Hi,
 
This is the first time I've noticed this but we have our formats set as United Kingdom in the system settings and as our time zone in personalisation settings too.
 
I've just noticed that this is actually showing GMT and not the current BST time, so any appointments added are booked in to Outlook an hour later.  
 
How can I set the system to adjust for the clocks changing twice a year?  I'm presuming there is a setting somewhere as otherwise the UK time is incorrect 50% of the time!
