Hello Community Experts,
There is a requirement where i should create an email template which should contain Click here to unsubscribe link
And when an email is sent to the lead, if he no longer wants to get mails from us he should be able to click on it and unsubscribe
How do i achieve that

Hi Partner,
You can use the unsubscribe button within email template named as "unsubscribe"
By default, the functionality behind "unsubscribe" is OFF in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011. You can turn it on by navigating to Settings -> Administration -> System Settings -> Marketing Tab.
Stay up to date on forum activity by subscribing. You can also customize your in-app and email Notification settings across all subscriptions.
