Email notification to all members in the Queue

When a case is assign to Queue in customer service, owner of the case has to be changed with any one of the Queue Members and Email notification has to be send to all the members in a Queue.

Members in one Queue should not be able to edit the cases which are in another Queue(Read only permission to other Queue Cases)

How to make it fulfill.

    When a case in a Queue is assigned to a user based on RoundRobin Dose it also change the case owner??

    Hi MS D365,

    The solution I can think of is to create a workflow.
    Send emails to shared mailboxes when cases are assigned or queue items are created, each queue has a separate shared mailbox.

    Create private queues to ensure that members can only access their own queues,

    restrict user queue permissions:
