We are in the process of moving our service desks from Sage CRM to MS Dynamics 365. Business requires to migrate existing cases in Sage along with the related records which includes the communications (email in and out) to CRM. The import wizard helps to migrate the structured data (contacts, accounts etc). How to migrate the communication records (email activities) from Sage to Dynamics? Greatly appreciate if any one could give me some pointers on how to approach this.
