Could you please help with following issues related to Customer Service Portal?

I am new to Portal, set-up customer service portal, create a new menu pages and customize forms - for unknown reason the layout is broken and looks like below - not sure how to fix it as all pages are changed

Hi slx,

You can go portal management app, navigate to Web Files tab to open 'theme.css' and 'bootstrap.min.css' files.

Then move to 'Notes' tab to check check if the two notes with attachments exist.

Maybe you can upload them again with following files i provided.

[View:/cfs-file/__key/communityserver-discussions-components-files/763/theme.css:320:240]

[View:/cfs-file/__key/communityserver-discussions-components-files/763/bootstrap.min.css:320:240]
