We've been looking to test the smart scheduler but it feels the documentation is a little unclear.
Does the scheduler time window need to be set to a minimum period eg for a +/- 12 hours do we need to set the duration on the scheduler to also equal 12 hours? My colleague ran a test on this but with a shorter duration than the window and everything just sent as the window opened?
The idea of AI implementation on the platform is great and we look forward to using it further but need to understand the parameters better :)

I have been meaning to reply to this for awhile. Sorry for taking so long.
Re-feedback on AI features Smart Scheduler, Spam Score, and Segment Boost.
[DR]: First of all, I want to say that I think adding AI features to Marketing is absolutely great and we love showcasing these to customers.
It's great how we get the spam warning when validating any marketing email.
What would help though is a bit more documentation around the criteria on which these features make their the decisions.
So for example Spam score, I know we get top factors, but it usually is kind of a guessing game what trigger our email to have the particular score. It is similar to what makes specific time in the smart scheduler the optimal one or a contact the best one to be added to a boosted segment. It is usually a slightly difficult one to explain.
Also some more information around minimal required interactions before these features kick in?
And if you were looking for any other use cases of AI in marketing, what we mostly get asked about is sentiment analytics around social media posts (positive vs negative), as well as some ability to train those to reflect the language of the particular customer.
