Workflow messages seem to be missing a series

Trying to select workflow action messages for payroll but the messages for payroll series does not seem to be available after the 2015 R2 install

the only message available WF Action Completed...is this correct?

I got the emails to flow correctly after running "exec WFDeployCLRAssemblies" against my Dynamics DB....then I needed to adjust my WF after as this wiped out the manager

Sorry for the delay in response...I have a server with GP2015 R2, I restore the GP2010 databases, Dynamics and all company databases, run a script that updates comp levels/change db owner/clears activity/delete payroll work tables/etc.

Run dynamics utilities then run scripts to add missing roles/add missing security/add users/add missing WF items

emails and WF's worked perfect up to version 14.00.725, I had refreshed the data at least 4 times using this method without issue the email/WF issue started after I added KB3066933, I have since added KB3066945....I think I need to open a Microsoft ticket to get help with this one.....

So what was your upgrade path ? did you went straight from 2010SP5/R2 to 2015R2 ? or did you install 2013R2 and/or 2015RTM first ?

It could be that used an upgrade path that is not supported by MS..

Also when upgrading to 2015, you may miss some of the security roles for the new Self-Service employee function... check this blog post as there are some SQL scripts involved to add the missing security entries:

Hi Beat,

Thanks for your response...

this is an update from GP2010 to 2015R2

and to add to my go-live delays ... now email notifications do not go out....test email works fine....

this all worked fine prior to the patch to 14.00.0778....

is this a fresh R2 installation or an upgrade from a 2015 RTM ?
