Purchase Orders

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

We want to raise a purchase order for the hire of a skip. We can't find a way to do this as we don't put skips on stock. Any ideas?

    You can use G/L Account

    Hi Roy,

Would you like to record the returns of the hired skips and/or would you like to see how many skips you currently hire? If you would like these details they need to be added as stock items.

If it's only for finance you can use a G/L Account type line on the purchase order but you may need to create a G/L Account specifically for these transactions.
