All I want is a simple year to date check register. One with all the checks and one with checks over $10,000. For the life of me I can’t get Great Plains 2018 to give me the information I want. I’m a former user but evidently I don’t remember a thing because nothing I do generates this simple information and I’ve been working on it for 4 hours something that should have taken 4 minutes. I have read all the smart list forums and I’ve watched about 10 smartlist videos on YouTube and still I haven’t gotten the info from this system. It’s really messing with my knowledgeable ego . I’m not sure if anyone can help as I’ve perused all the forums but maybe someone can break it down real slow for this slow girl in the back
Do you have this Smartlist?
Financial->Bank Transactions->Check Register
I don't have that Smartlist - Financial > Bank Transactions > Check Register
and we are on version 2018R2.

Not seeing a specific SmartList doesn't mean it's not in the sytem.. but it might simply be a lack of permissions.
Are you logged in as a POWERUSER role in GP ? this should let you see everything and all Smartlists, no matter the security.
If you still can't see it, than something or someone removed it by accident.
