Removing Suggested MO's and Item Resource Planning

Hi, Our company just moved to GP 2013. I have a couple of questions. 1. Can you remove suggested Mo's ? Also Item resource planning for stocked items that are produced on a 19 day cycle. How would you set it up? Thank you for your help.

I guessing you cannot delete suggested MO's ?
