Facility Planning

is there a way to plan a facility time based on incident type or a service

Ex: i want to plan the facility to be booked from 9AM to 12pm for General practice appointment and from 1 pm to 5 PM for only Paediatrics booking

So on the schedule assistant if the booking is paediatric  the available capacity should only show from 1PM to 5 PM

    Hi,

Use 2 bookable resources and allocate time for the same.

    Hi Chadi

One potential way of doing this, which isn't very elegant, is to have two resources - one for the morning, for General Practice; and one for the afternoon, for the Paediatrics. They could be set up with appropriate working hours and characteristics.

    Hope this helps.
