It should be something like this > Sales Analysis By Dimension Window.

Show as Lines - Product Brand.

Show as Columns - Customer Category

Show Value as - Sales Amount

    Hi,

Can you attach a screenshot of the page that you are on?

If Product Group and Customer Group are not your dimensions already, then it is a decision whether to add them or to create customized reports.

What are your global and shortcut dimesions as of now?

THats the point, how to define them as dimensions?

In the edit or modify view window  I have 4 parts:

    General:

Code view with the code I just created

    Show lignes: ?

    Show columns: ?

    Show value as: ?

    Filters:

    Folter date: ?

    Filter article: ?

    Filtre shop: ?

    Filter Budget: ?

    Filter axe 1: ?

    Filter axe 2: ?

    Filtre axe 3: ?

    Option:

Show: (realized, budgeted, variance, % variance...)

    Unit: (1, 1000, ...)

    show colun name:

    show ooposite sign

    Matrix options:

    Show by: day, month,....

    Columns: (from January to june)

Of course I have all this in frensh, and I tried to translate, so may be in english version you wont have same thing.

I hope u still can help me!!

    Highly appreciated!

If you are doing the Sales Analysis by Dimensions, make sure that Product Group and Customer Group are defined as dimensions.

If not, you have to go for a customized report, which is also a fairly simple solution in here.

    Hope it helps.

yes, I start finding my path.

But I am now lost with the matrix axes.

My target in the last is to get the following:

Total sales : By month, by product brand brand and by customer categorie.

I have 4 brands, and 3 customers categories.

    Hi,

Redirect to <company name>/Departments/Sales & Marketing/Reports and Analysis and click Sales Analysis by Dimensions.

    Hope it helps.

If it is related to Account Schedules or Dimension by Analysis you can go ahead with Nareshwar R. reply.

For more detailed explanation you can watch below video

If it is not related to account schedule please specify the report No. so that we can help you out on that.
