Hi, a lot of emails were bounced from spam (me).  Is there a best practice to send only certain amounts or timing or something to reduce this risk?

Thanks.
I have the same question (0)

Good morning, afternoon, or evening :) depending on your location!
    Hope you are well today.

To reduce the risk of emails being flagged as spam when sending bulk emails through Quick Campaigns, here are some best practices:
Best Practices to Avoid Spam Triggers:
    • Warm Up Your Email Domain:
      • Gradually increase the number of emails sent over time to build a positive sender reputation.
      • Start with smaller batches and scale up as your domain gains trust.
    • Segment Your Audience:
      • Divide your recipients into smaller, targeted groups based on demographics, interests, or engagement levels.
      • Sending personalized and relevant content reduces the likelihood of being marked as spam.
    • Optimize Email Timing:
      • Avoid sending all emails at once. Use staggered delivery to spread out the sending process over several hours or days.
      • This reduces the load on your email server and minimizes spam triggers.
    • Authenticate Your Domain:
      • Implement email authentication protocols like SPF, DKIM, and DMARC to verify your sender identity.
      • This helps email providers recognize your emails as legitimate.
    • Avoid Spam Trigger Words:
      • Refrain from using overly promotional language or spammy phrases like "free," "urgent," or "click here."
      • Ensure your subject lines and email content are professional and relevant.
    • Include an Unsubscribe Option:
      • Always provide a clear and easy way for recipients to opt out of future communications.
      • This is not only a legal requirement but also helps maintain trust.
    • Monitor Bounce Rates:
      • Regularly review your email campaign analytics to identify high bounce rates.
      • Remove invalid or inactive email addresses from your list.
    • Test Before Sending:
      • Use email testing tools to check for spam triggers and ensure deliverability.
      • Preview your emails in different email clients to confirm formatting and functionality.
    • Build a Clean Email List:
      • Use double opt-in methods to ensure recipients genuinely want to receive your emails.
      • Avoid purchasing email lists, as they often contain invalid or unengaged addresses.
    • Use a Dedicated IP Address:
      • If sending large volumes of emails regularly, consider using a dedicated IP address to isolate your campaigns from other senders.
    hope this helps!

Thanks a bunch for the response.  Makes 100% sense.  Quick question on a couople of your points.

For the authentication I've seen some things on DKIM.  Using D365 and all my email through Microsoft, I did not see a current option for making any change to DKIM.  I would love to learn more to properly configure my environment.

For the unsubscribe, is there a setting somewhere to enable that?

    Thanks again for your time!
