Got an error "the value's length for key password exceeds it's limit of 128" when register email

Hi all,

I installed D365 for Finance an Operations version 10.0.17 on Azure VM.

When I try register email

I got this error

I checked System Log and get 2 other error
The encrypted setting, DataMartConnectionString, could not be decrypted.
Machine: vm-D365-New-01

Failed to create AX encryption engine with encryption certificate 7366E25DC94FA8A400FA0037FFF3BB300D9482D4 and signing certificate 7366E25DC94FA8A400FA0037FFF3BB300D9482D4. Encryption error occured.
Machine: vm-D365-New-01

Can you help me to fix this.

Check the certificate

Turns out there was a problem with the virtual machine I was using. I changed the virtual machine and it runs fine. Thanks for your reply
