Customer-Voice-not-sending-mail.docx
I use the customer voice integration in combination with powerflow. If a user select a custom flow a customer survey will be send. Or internally if there is a new employee a form will be send to the employee, the manager, the reception, etc. The flow runs perfect and there seems no issues. It even creates record which I can see in Dynamics. The only problem is that the mailing aren not getting to the selected user. And I can see it creates an invitation per mailadres. And no mail addresses have got the mail in the inbox. Is there a problem whit this element? I tested yesterday, today still no mails.

Which action step are you using in Power Automate? Perhaps a screenshot of your flow could be helpful.
I suspect you might be using the "Create an invitation" action instead of the 'Send a survey" action. This requires another step for you to manually send the invitation, whereas "send a survey" will delivery using an email template in Customer Voice.
You can see the screenshots in the word document I have uploaded before it say: verzend een enquete. In dutch, translate it and it will say sand a survey. I see we have all got the same issue now. It is not sending e-mails.
It looks like an update went wrong, so i use send a survey, but it just not sending an e-mail. Al other things works fine. Check the word document please.
